So UDOT wants to divert traffic during the busiest time of the year during the most busy times of the day... I'm all for infrastructure repair, but if Morgan were a more politically important city, would the crews be planning on working the same hours? Or would they have a night crew rolling to reduce the impact? I certainly think things would be handled differently.
