Sid Creager is now serving in his fourth year on the Morgan County Council. He is Chairman of the seven member council. The council has taken on many challenging issues over that time and Creager has earned the reputation for handling problems fairly and with a calm and even-tempered composure. Creager is a life-long resident of Morgan County. His father was born in Porterville and later raised his own family, including Sid, on 100 South in Morgan.
